Who's My Counselor?
La Mirada High School students are assigned to a School Counselor based on the student's last name as it comes in the alphabet (or "Alpha"). We also have two counseling specialists to support students with their Intervention and College & Career needs.

How to See Your Counselor:
Students: Students are welcome to see their school counselor before school, at snack, at lunch, or after school until 4:00pm. If a student would like to make an appointment with a counselor, please visit Student Services to complete a Counselor Request Form.
Parents: Please contact your student's school counselor via email or their appointment link above if you have a school counseling-related question or would like to set up an appointment. For in-person appointments, we would prefer that your student attends with you, however, we realize there may be times when you want to meet with us privately.
